General conditions:
- 21% VAT included.
- Registration fee includes: Conference documents, attendance to scientific sessions, official coffees and lunches as well as Gala Dinner.
- Places are limited for the Gala Dinner. Kindly confirm your attendance in the registration form.
- Physicians in training must present a document signed by the Head of Department.
Cancellation Policy:
- Changes and cancellations should be notified in writing to the secretariat.
- All refunds will be dealt with after the Conference is over.
- For cancellations received by September 1st 2023 there will be an 80% refund.
- Cancellations received from September 2nd to November 7th 2023, 50% refund.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations received after November 8th 2023.

General information
Interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation, English-Spanish-English, will be provided in all sessions.
Presentations will be both English and Spanish.
Lunch and Coffee
Official coffees and lunches will be served in the Exhibit Area during the Conference days: November 16th and 17th 2023.
Gala dinner
The Gala Dinner will be held on November 17th at Casino de Madrid. This dinner is included in the registration fee. Places are limited. Kindly confirm your attendance by checking the corresponding box on the online registration form.
*A place at the gala dinner is not guaranteed without confirmation from the technical secretariat, due to limited capacity
Badges
Badges are mandatory in all conference sessions, exhibit area, cocktail, lunches, and Gala Dinner. Badges will be included in the conference documents.
Presentations
Speakers are entitled to hand in their presentations at the presentation and review desk, well in advance, to avoid last minute inconveniences.
Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is located at the Ballroom. Coffee breaks and lunches will also take place in this area.
