INFORMATION

General conditions:

21% VAT included.
Registration fee includes: Congress materials, access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, working lunches, and the Gala dinner.
Physicians in training must present a document signed by the Head of Department.

Cancellation policy:

Changes and cancellations should be notified in writing to the secretariat.
All refunds will be dealt with after the Conference is over.
For cancellations received by September 1st 2026 there will be an 80% refund.
Cancellations received from September 2^nd to November 7^th 2026, 50% refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after November 8^th 2026.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Simultaneous Interpretation

Simultaneous interpretation, English-Spanish-English, will be provided in all sessions.
Presentations may be delivered either in Spanish or English, with no restrictions.

Badges and tickets

A personalized badge will be provided with the Congress materials. It must be worn visibly to access both the Scientific Sessions and the Commercial Exhibit. The corresponding tickets will also be required for the Gala Dinner. Dinner tickets will be provided for the Gala Dinner. Assistants will be requested to show their ticket at the entrance.

Speakers Presentations Desk

All speakers must submit their presentations at the Speakers Presentations Desk well notice in order to streamline the process and avoid any last-minute issues.

Lunches and coffee breaks

Official lunches and coffee breaks will take place at the Exhibit Area, rooms 3, 4 and 5 at the Riu Plaza España Hotel.

Commercial Exhibit

A commercial exhibit will be held during the Congress days in Madrid Rooms 3, 4, and 5.

Gala dinner

The Gala dinner will take place on November 20, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. at the Real Casino de Madrid, located at Calle de Alcalá, 15, 28014 Madrid.
This dinner is included in the registration fee.
Seats are limited. Participants must select the corresponding option on the registration form in order to confirm their attendance.
The Casino must know the number of attendees at least one week prior to the event; therefore, access cannot be guaranteed to those who haven’t confirmed before that date.

AECEP GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The general assembly will be held on Thursday, 20 (1:15 PM to 2:30 PM) in Room: Colón/Princesa/Retiro, 3rd floor.
